Looking Glass Rock

The night before I took this picture, the weather predicted heavy fog for the next morning. I drove to the Blue Ridge, missing a turn or two in the fog. Once above the fog I waited for the sun to come up. This picture was at the peak of fall in 2006. Looking Glass Rock is the mountain near the center.
